FINDER - Coil Indication and EMC Suppression Module, LED module, 6-24VDC

Type 99.02 Coil indication and EMC suppression modules.

Depending on module selected, they can provide: suppression of coil back emf on switch-off, LED indication to show when the coil in energized, protection against reverse polarity applied across the coil terminals, by-pass of troublesome leakage currents in the coil circuit.

Functions:
-Green LED + diode module (standard polarity) – ATEX compliant
-Green LED + Varistor module – ATEX compliant
-Green LED module – ATEX compliant
-Diode module (standard polarity)
-RC module
-Residual current bypass module

• Recovery diode modules + LED are used for DC only. The reverse voltage peaks of the coil are short circuited by the recovery diode (positive to terminal A1).
• The release time increases by an approximate factor from 3 to 5.
• If an increase of the release time is undesirable use a Varistor or RC module.
• The LED indicator lights up when the coil is energized.
