Shipping
1. Delivery area
The eee-store online store delivers electrical, electronic products, automation and accessories to addresses within Romania, by courier. We do not deliver outside Romania.
2. Shipping cost
The shipping charge is calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, dimensions, the courier's fuel index and the delivery address, and is displayed before the order is placed.
Shipping is free for orders over 1000 lei. Free shipping applies to localities without extra kilometres and to standard parcels. For localities with extra kilometres or for heavy or bulky products, eee-store may request an additional fee, but only after informing you and only with your consent. If you have already paid for the order by card and do not agree with the fee, we refund the amount paid in full.
3. Delivery times
Products in stock: approximately 1-4 working days from order confirmation (for payment by payment order, from confirmation of receipt of payment).
Pre-ordered products: there is no standard delivery time. After the manufacturer confirms the order, we inform you, by telephone or e-mail, of the estimated delivery time, which may range from a few weeks to a few months. If the delivery time is not acceptable to you, you may cancel the pre-order free of charge, with a full refund of the amount paid within 7 working days (Terms and Conditions, point 2.2.7).
If the communicated delivery time has to be extended, we notify you by telephone or e-mail. If the products are not delivered within the communicated time, you may request delivery within a reasonable additional period and, if that period is not met either, you may cancel the order with a full refund of any amounts paid within 7 working days (Terms and Conditions, point 3.12).
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday.
4. Products that cannot be delivered
If an ordered product can no longer be delivered, we notify you promptly. If you have already paid for it, we refund its value within 7 working days.
5. Cancelling an order before dispatch
You may cancel the order free of charge until the products are dispatched, by e-mail to contact@eee-store.ro or by telephone on +40 748 202 999, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 (Romanian time). Any amounts paid are refunded in full within 7 working days. After dispatch, the right of withdrawal described under Returns applies.
6. Receiving the parcel
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the courier, take physical possession of the parcel. Until then, eee-store is responsible for the parcel and handles claims against the courier company. For professional customers who choose their own carrier, the risk passes when the products are handed over to that carrier.
We recommend checking the integrity of the parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier, and noting any damage on the transport document. Claims regarding the contents of the parcel (missing products, quantities, wrong products) must be sent within 5 days of delivery to contact@eee-store.ro.
Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer (for example re-dispatch of the parcel) are borne by the customer.
You take possession of the goods after paying for the order (cash on delivery, card or payment order) and signing the transport document on delivery.
