Shipping

The eee-store online store is intended for the delivery of electrical, electronic products, automation and accessories to addresses in Romania.
The shipping charge is automatically calculated based on weight, size, fuel index and delivery address.
The shipping is free for orders over 500 lei.
Free shipping applies to delivery addresses without extra kilometers or products with high weight / volume. Thus, eee-store reserves the right to request an additional fee, but only after the customer / buyer will be informed about this fee and only with his/her consent. If the customer has already paid for the order with the bank card, he/she will be informed about these fees, and if he/she does not agree with the payment, the money will be refunded.
The customer will be promptly notified if a product cannot be delivered by the eee-store. If the customer has already paid for the product that cannot be delivered, eee-store will return the value of the product to the customer's account within 7 working days.
eee-store does not assume responsibility for damages caused by late delivery of the order, because, from the moment the parcel is picked up by the courier company, the responsibility for delivering the package is exclusively of the courier company, for which the seller will not pay compensation.
If an order is canceled, neither the seller nor the customer will claim any damages.
The standard delivery time in the country for products in stock is about 2-4 business days through TNT delivery company.
The standard delivery time in the country for pre-ordered products is about 2-3 weeks through TNT delivery company.
eee-store reserves the right to extend the usual delivery time. If the delivery date and time is extended, the customer will be notified by phone or email.
Deliveries will be made on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
After payment (made by cash on delivery, by card or by payment order) and signing the transport document upon delivery by the courier, the buyer will take possession of the goods.
