1. General definitions and terms:
1.1 The eee-store.ro website is the property of D & R ONLINE STORE SRL, a Romanian legal entity based in Timișoara, Electronicii street, No.1, Flat.B1, 4th floor, Ap. 20, Timiș County, having fiscal registration code RO44714842, registered at the Timiș Trade Register Office under number J35 / 3182 / 10.08.2021.
1.2 Site - represents the online store belonging to D & R ONLINE STORE S.R.L., which can be found at www.eee-store.ro. This site provides you with products for sale in two main areas: electronic and electrical / automation.
1.3 Account - the section of the site accessed on the basis of registration with an e-mail address and password, and which allows the buyer to submit an order. The buyer's account contains information about the customer and customers with at least one active order, the buyer's history on the site. The user of the eee.store.ro site is responsible for ensuring that the information entered when creating the account is valid, complete and up to date.
1.4 Customer - any person with a minimum age of 16 years or a legal person who has registered on the eee-store.ro website and places an order in compliance with the Terms and Conditions mentioned in this section. The customer / buyer will have the right to the communication provided by the eee-store (telephone, e-mail).
1.5 Seller - eee-store
1.6 User - any natural person with a minimum age of 16 years or legal who accesses the site, fulfilling the requirements in the registration process or visitor of the site who by accessing the site accepts and respects the Terms and Conditions of this section.
1.7 Misuse - use of the site in a manner contrary to industry practice, applicable regulations and laws, or any other manner that may harm the eee-store.
1.8 Reviews - written evaluation by the owner of a product purchased on the eee-store, evaluated based on personal experience of using and analysing the product, and to specify whether or not the product meets the specifications mentioned by the manufacturer.
1.8.1 Reviews can be positive, negative or neutral.
1.8.2 The content of a review will be evaluated by the eee-store before it becomes public on the site, to make sure that appropriate language has been used, without words or terms that may affect, offend the Manufacturer, another Customer, Visitor or User .
1.8.3 We will remove reviews that contain advertising material, or copy and record information found on other sites with similar activities.
1.8.4 Each review will be kept until the customer's consent is withdrawn.
2. Copyright:
2.1 D&R ONLINE STORE S.R.L. is the administrator of the site https://eee-store.ro. As the owner / administrator / author of the site https://eee-store.ro, D&R ONLINE STORE S.R.L. reserves the right to update and change the content of this site without prior notice.
The storage, copying, partial or complete modification of the website https://eee-store.ro with the exception of the owner / administrator / author: D & R ONLINE STORE SRL, is strictly forbidden and is punished according to the legal stipulations in effect (Law No. 8/1996) on the protection of copyright.
Please read these terms and conditions regularly in order to use and respect the site in the best conditions. As a user, you fully agree with the above.
2.2. Online sales policy:
2.2.1. The site administrator makes a constant effort to provide all the exact information the customer needs. All information about the products entered on the eee-store site is received / written from the manufacturer's website / catalog.
2.2.2 eee-store is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the buyer, such as currency conversion fees charged by the issuing bank for the card used by the customer. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
2.2.3 eee-store is not liable for any loss, lawsuits, costs or other claims, if they were directly caused by non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
2.2.4 eee-store also reserves the right to restrict the access of a user or buyer for misuse or in the event that his actions could harm the eee-store in any way. In the event of such a measure, please contact the user or customer by phone or email to inform them of the reasons that led to the above measures.
2.2.5 In case of human error, eee-store is not obliged to deliver the product at a wrong price because this incident provides art. 1665 alin. 2 of the New Civil Code (Law no. 287/2009) regarding the derisory price and as such this contract is not valid and cannot be concluded between the eee-store and the customer. Therefore, if we encounter this situation, we will contact you immediately to send you the new price.
2.2.6 Any product on the site can be purchased within the existing stock. For similar or out of stock products, you can contact us by phone for a pre-order (pre-order).
2.2.7 The product available for pre-order is the one that is not in our physical stock but will be ordered immediately after placing the order. Pre-order delivery time is about 2-3 weeks. The customer will be notified by phone or email of the exact delivery date immediately upon receipt of the information from the manufacturer.
3. Payment and delivery of products:
3.1 eee-store is intended for the delivery of electrical, electronic products, automation and accessories at addresses in Romania.
3.2 Payment for ordered products will be made by one of the following methods:
- With Visa / Visa Electron or Mastercard / Maestro bank card via Netopia
- Payment order
- Cash on delivery (for orders up to 3000 lei)
3.3 Pre-order payment will be paid only with the bank card.
3.4 The shipping charge is automatically calculated based on weight, size, fuel index and delivery address.
3.5 The shipping is free for orders over 500 lei.
3.6 Free shipping applies to delivery addresses without extra kilometers or products with high weight / volume. Thus, eee-store reserves the right to request an additional fee, but only after the customer / buyer will be informed about this fee and only with his/her consent. If the customer has already paid for the order with the bank card, he/she will be informed about these fees, and if he/she does not agree with the payment, the money will be refunded.
3.7 The customer will be promptly notified if a product cannot be delivered by the eee-store. If the customer has already paid for the product that cannot be delivered, the eee-store will return the value of the product to the customer's account within 7 working days.
3.8 eee-store does not assume responsibility for damages caused by late delivery of the order, because, from the moment the parcel is picked up by the courier company, the responsibility for delivering the package is exclusively of the courier company, for which the seller will not pay compensation.
3.9 In case of cancellation of an order, neither the seller nor the customer will request or claim any damages.
3.10 The standard delivery time in the country for products in stock is about 2-4 business days through TNT delivery company.
3.11 The standard delivery time in the country for pre-ordered products is about 2-3 weeks through TNT delivery company.
3.12 eee-store reserves the right to extend the usual delivery time. If the delivery date and time is extended, the customer will be notified by phone or email.
3.13 Deliveries will be made on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
3.14 After payment (made by cash on delivery, by card or by payment order) and signing the transport document upon delivery by the courier, the buyer will take possession of the goods.
4. Product price:
4.1 All prices on the eee-store website are expressed in lei (RON) and include value added tax (VAT).
4.2 eee-store may change the price of any product on the site at any time without prior notice.
4.3 For Victron Energy products, the listed price incorporates a 9% value-added tax (VAT) for individuals or state institutions in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2023. For corporate entities, the pricing shall undergo a recalculation, incorporating a 19% VAT rate, subsequent to the placement of the order.
5. Product returns:
Products purchased from our site may be returned in accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014. – regarding the protection of customers when concluding and executing distance contracts, the costumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that will remain to the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. In the case of online card transactions, the amounts will be returned to the original account from which the money was received.
The right to return is not applicable to companies, only to NATURAL PERSONS.
5.1 If the products are not what you expected, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the package after contacting us by calling: 0748-202999 or writing to us at contact@eee-store.ro. The return of the products will be made at the expense of the customer through the delivery service chosen by the customer, the product / products must be shipped mentioning the operator without value / no refund.
5.2 Obligation of the customer: The returned products must not be damaged or worn out and must contain all labels, both internal and external. The products may be returned in their original packaging only with all accessories and consumables and in the same condition in which they were received, without penalty and without any reason.
Products for which returns are not accepted are:
– Unsealed products;
– Products whose original packaging is damaged;
– The products that were used.
5.3 eee-store obligation: after checking the returned products, eee-store will return the value of the returned products within 14 days from the date of written termination of the contract. The refund is made by transfer to the bank account of the buyer used to pay for the product.
5.4 If the returned product can no longer be sold as new (it is damaged, has its packaging open, no accessories or labels are missing) then the eee-store may charge a fee to reduce the value of the products resulting from their handling. The customer has the option to refuse this fee, in which case the product will be returned to the customer and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

6. Cancellation of the order:
- To cancel an order you can use the Contact Us form at the bottom, you can contact us by email at contact@eee-store.ro or by phone at +40748-202999 between 9:00 am - 20:00 pm GMT.
- If the pre-order has already been paid, but you want to cancel it, you can opt to credit your account for a refund using the Contact Us form at the bottom, you can contact us by email at contact@eee-store.ro or by phone at +40748-202999 between 9:00 am - 20:00 pm GMT
7. Data and account security:

Ensuring the right to the protection of personal data is a fundamental commitment of the eee-store, therefore we will dedicate all necessary resources and efforts to process your data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or “GDPR”), as well as with any other legislation applicable on the Romanian territory. This document informs you how we use, collect, transfer and protect your personal data by accessing our site when visiting, registering and purchasing a product.
eee-store reserves the right to periodically update and modify the Privacy Policy, to reflect the changes in which we process your personal data but also any changes in legal requirements. This information is important, please read it carefully and please check it regularly.

8. Notifications:
8.1 For any notification, including if you consider that the copyright has been infringed, please write to us at the email address contact@eee-store.ro or contact us at the phone number: +40748-202999. We will respond to any notification within 48 hours.
8.2 If you have any complaints about our site or products, please contact us at contact@eee-store.ro. We will always try to resolve any issues amicably. In the event that no amicable settlement is reached, according to the laws in force, the jurisdiction will revert to the Romanian courts in Timiș County.
