1. General definitions and terms:
1.1 The eee-store.ro website is the property of D & R ONLINE STORE SRL, a Romanian legal entity based in Timișoara, Electronicii street, No.1, Flat.B1, 4th floor, Ap. 20, Timiș County, having fiscal registration code RO44714842, registered at the Timiș Trade Register Office under number J35 / 3182 / 10.08.2021.
1.2 Site - represents the online store belonging to D & R ONLINE STORE S.R.L., which can be found at www.eee-store.ro. This site provides you with products for sale in two main areas: electronic and electrical / automation.
1.3 Account - the section of the site accessed on the basis of registration with an e-mail address and password. Creating an account is optional: orders can also be placed without an account, as a guest, by filling in the billing and delivery details at checkout. The account contains the customer's details and, for customers with at least one order, the order history on the site. The user of the eee-store.ro website is responsible for ensuring that the information entered when creating the account or placing the order is valid, complete and up to date.
1.4 Customer - any natural person aged at least 18 with full legal capacity, or any legal entity, who places an order on the eee-store.ro website, with or without a user account, or who submits an order or a request for quotation by e-mail, telephone, messaging applications or other means of distance communication. The Terms and Conditions are accepted by ticking the corresponding box at checkout on the site or, for orders submitted through other channels, in the manner described in point 2.4. The customer/buyer is entitled to the means of communication made available by eee-store (telephone, e-mail).
1.5 Seller - eee-store
1.6 User - any natural person aged at least 18 or legal entity who accesses the site, fulfilling the requirements of the registration process, or any visitor of the site who, by accessing the site, accepts and complies with the Terms and Conditions in this section.
1.7 Misuse - use of the site in a manner contrary to industry practice, applicable regulations and laws, or any other manner that may harm the eee-store.
1.8 Reviews - written evaluation by the owner of a product purchased on the eee-store, evaluated based on personal experience of using and analysing the product, and to specify whether or not the product meets the specifications mentioned by the manufacturer.
1.8.1 Reviews can be positive, negative or neutral.
1.8.2 Before publication, eee-store verifies that the review comes from a customer who purchased the product concerned on the site, by matching the account with the order history, and that it complies with the rules in point 1.8.3. We publish positive as well as negative or neutral reviews; we do not remove or edit a review because it is unfavourable.
1.8.3 A review is rejected at moderation or, if already published, removed, only if it:
– contains offensive, threatening or discriminatory language;
– contains advertising content or links to other shops;
– contains personal data of third parties;
– is unrelated to the product reviewed;
– is copied from other websites.
A negative assessment of the product is not a ground for rejection or removal.
1.8.4 Each review will be kept until the customer's consent is withdrawn.
1.9 Consumer - any natural person, or group of natural persons organised in associations, acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Professional customers (legal entities, authorised natural persons, sole traders etc.) do not qualify as consumers, and the rights provided by consumer protection legislation do not apply to them.
2. Copyright:
2.1 D&R ONLINE STORE S.R.L. is the administrator of the site https://eee-store.ro. As the owner / administrator / author of the site https://eee-store.ro, D&R ONLINE STORE S.R.L. reserves the right to update and change the content of this site without prior notice.
The storage, copying, partial or complete modification of the website https://eee-store.ro with the exception of the owner / administrator / author: D & R ONLINE STORE SRL, is strictly forbidden and is punished according to the legal stipulations in effect (Law No. 8/1996) on the protection of copyright.
Please read these terms and conditions regularly in order to use and respect the site in the best conditions. As a user, you fully agree with the above.
2.2. Online sales policy:
2.2.1 eee-store makes constant efforts to keep product information accurate and up to date. All information about the products listed on the eee-store website is taken from the manufacturers' documentation, websites or catalogues. If, after an order has been placed, we identify an obvious error in the description, image or specifications of a product, we inform the customer before delivery, and the customer may keep or cancel the order free of charge, with a full refund of any amounts paid.
2.2.2 eee-store is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the buyer, such as currency conversion fees charged by the issuing bank for the card used by the customer. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
2.2.3 eee-store is not liable for any loss, lawsuits, costs or other claims, if they were directly caused by non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
2.2.4 eee-store also reserves the right to restrict the access of a user or buyer for misuse or in the event that his actions could harm the eee-store in any way. In the event of such a measure, please contact the user or customer by phone or email to inform them of the reasons that led to the above measures.
2.2.5 An order placed by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is deemed concluded when eee-store confirms the dispatch of the order, not upon receipt of the automatic order registration e-mail. In the event of an obvious pricing error resulting from a human or technical mistake (for example a price manifestly disproportionate to the market value of the product), eee-store reserves the right not to accept the order. The customer is informed immediately, given the correct price and may choose between keeping the order at the correct price and cancelling it; any amount already paid is refunded in full within 7 working days.
2.2.6 Any product on the site can be purchased within the existing stock. For similar or out of stock products, you can contact us by phone for a pre-order (pre-order).
2.2.7 A product available for pre-order is one that is not in our physical stock and is ordered from the manufacturer after the order is placed. The delivery time for pre-orders depends on the manufacturer and may range from a few weeks to a few months. After receiving the manufacturer's confirmation, eee-store informs the customer, by telephone or e-mail, of the estimated delivery time. If the communicated delivery time is not acceptable to the customer, the customer may cancel the pre-order free of charge, with a full refund of any amounts paid within 7 working days. The customer is informed in the same way of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
2.3. Victron Energy equipment – scope of sale and responsibilities:
2.3.1 eee-store is a distributor of Victron Energy equipment and offers the Victron Energy product range for sale, based on orders placed online or on requests for quotation submitted by the customer. eee-store provides exclusively the commercial component, namely the distribution (sale and delivery) of Victron Energy electrical components.
2.3.2 The price shown on the product page or, where applicable, the price in the quotation covers exclusively the Victron Energy equipment referred to, as identified by its product code. The price does not include, and eee-store does not provide: the design of the installation, the sizing and selection of cables, protective devices and the other components of the installation, the installation, connection, commissioning, configuration, programming, adjustment or maintenance of the equipment within the customer's electrical installation. These activities are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the respective services are listed separately, as distinct items, in the quotation accepted by the customer.
2.3.3 Victron Energy equipment consists of electrical components intended for integration into complex electrical installations. Their installation, connection, configuration and adjustment shall be carried out exclusively by competent persons: specialised companies, engineers or licensed electricians who are familiar with the applicable electrical legislation and technical standards, with the customer's electrical installation and with Victron Energy products. Each product is accompanied by the manufacturer's data sheet or technical manual, and the complete, up-to-date documentation is available at www.victronenergy.com and www.victronenergy.ro. As the products are technically complex, they shall be installed and adjusted only after the competent person has studied the documentation for the product concerned.
2.3.4 By placing an order or accepting a quotation, the customer confirms that they have determined, on their own or through the competent person appointed by them, the complete product code and the quantity, according to the requirements of their installation. For this reason, eee-store issues commercial quotations only for products for which the customer indicates the complete product code and the quantity, which are assumed by the customer. Any technical information provided by eee-store in connection with the products is of a general and informative nature, is based on the manufacturer's documentation and does not constitute design, sizing, technical consultancy or a guarantee that the product is suitable for the customer's installation.
2.3.5 eee-store shall not be liable for any damage, loss or cost caused by the selection of a product unsuitable for the customer's installation, by improper design, sizing, installation, connection, configuration, programming or adjustment of the equipment, by failure to follow the manufacturer's documentation or the applicable legislation and standards, or by the intervention of persons who do not have the required competence. These provisions do not limit the rights granted to consumers by law with regard to the legal guarantee of conformity of the product delivered.
2.3.6 The provisions of points 2.3.2 – 2.3.5 apply accordingly to all electrical equipment sold on the site which, according to the manufacturer's documentation, requires installation by qualified personnel.
2.4. Orders and quotations submitted by e-mail, telephone or messaging applications:
2.4.1 Requests for quotation and orders may also be submitted outside the site: by e-mail to contact@eee-store.ro, by telephone on 0748-202999 or through messaging applications (for example WhatsApp). These Terms and Conditions also apply to such orders, including the chapters on delivery, returns and warranty.
2.4.2 For orders submitted through these channels, eee-store confirms the order on a durable medium (e-mail or written message) by means of a quotation or a proforma invoice stating the products and their codes, the quantities, the prices, the delivery cost, the estimated delivery time, the billing and delivery details provided by the customer and a link to these Terms and Conditions. For orders dictated by telephone, the written confirmation issued by eee-store stands as the order, and the customer is responsible for checking the details in it.
2.4.3 The order becomes binding, and the Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted, when the customer confirms the quotation or proforma invoice in writing (by e-mail reply or message) or pays the proforma invoice. Payment of the proforma invoice constitutes acceptance of the quotation and of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of its issue. A consumer is not bound by an order dictated by telephone until they have sent their written confirmation or made the payment.
2.4.4 The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the billing and delivery details provided through these channels. Delivery is made to the address stated in the written confirmation; additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer (for example re-dispatch of the parcel) are borne by the customer.
3. Payment and delivery of products:
3.1 eee-store is intended for the delivery of electrical, electronic products, automation and accessories at addresses in Romania.
3.2 Payment for ordered products will be made by one of the following methods:
- With Visa / Visa Electron or Mastercard / Maestro bank card via Netopia
- Payment order
- Cash on delivery (for orders up to 3500 lei)
3.3 Pre-orders are paid in advance, by bank card or by payment order; pre-orders are not shipped with cash on delivery.
3.4 The shipping charge is automatically calculated based on weight, size, fuel index and delivery address.
3.5 The shipping is free for orders over 1000 lei.
3.6 Free shipping applies to delivery addresses without extra kilometers or products with high weight / volume. Thus, eee-store reserves the right to request an additional fee, but only after the customer / buyer will be informed about this fee and only with his/her consent. If the customer has already paid for the order with the bank card, he/she will be informed about these fees, and if he/she does not agree with the payment, the money will be refunded.
3.7 The customer will be promptly notified if a product cannot be delivered by the eee-store. If the customer has already paid for the product that cannot be delivered, the eee-store will return the value of the product to the customer's account within 7 working days.
3.8 The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products. Until then, eee-store is responsible for the parcel and handles claims against the courier company. We recommend checking the integrity of the parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier, and noting any damage on the transport document. For professional customers who choose their own carrier, the risk passes when the products are handed over to that carrier.
3.9 The customer may cancel the order free of charge until the products are dispatched, and any amounts paid are refunded in full within 7 working days. If eee-store is unable to fulfil an order, it informs the customer promptly and refunds any amounts paid in full (see 3.7). After the products have been dispatched, the right of withdrawal described in chapter 5 applies.
3.10 The standard delivery time in the country for products in stock is about 1-4 business days through delivery company.
3.11 There is no standard delivery time for pre-ordered products: the delivery time is communicated to the customer after the manufacturer confirms the delivery date (see 2.2.7) and runs from the date of that communication. Delivery is made by courier company.
3.12 eee-store reserves the right to extend the usual delivery time, notifying the customer by telephone or e-mail. If the products are not delivered within the communicated time, the customer may request delivery within a reasonable additional period and, if that period is not met either, may cancel the order with a full refund of any amounts paid within 7 working days.
3.13 Deliveries will be made on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
3.14 After payment (made by cash on delivery, by card or by payment order) and signing the transport document upon delivery by the courier, the buyer will take possession of the goods.
4. Product price:
4.1 All prices on the eee-store website are expressed in lei (RON) and include value added tax (VAT).
4.2 eee-store may change the price of any product on the site at any time without prior notice.
4.3 The listed price includes 21% value-added tax (VAT), the standard rate applicable from 1 August 2025 under Law no. 141/2025, published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 699 of 25 July 2025, regardless of whether the buyer is an individual, a company or a public institution.
5. Product returns:
Products purchased from our site may be returned in accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014 – regarding the protection of customers when concluding and executing distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that will remain to the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. In the case of online card transactions, the amounts will be returned to the original account from which the money was received.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade or profession, see 1.9). Professional customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal; any returns by professional customers are accepted only with the prior written consent of eee-store.
5.1 If the products are not what you expected, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the parcel, after notifying us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, by calling 0748-202999 Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM or by writing to contact@eee-store.ro. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory. The products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. Returns are made at the customer's expense, using the delivery service chosen by the customer; the product(s) must be dispatched with no declared value and no cash on delivery.
5.2 Obligation of the customer: the returned products must be complete, with all accessories, consumables, documentation and labels, undamaged and, as far as possible, in their original packaging. The customer is liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example fitting them into an installation, connecting them to a power supply or actual use). The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or configured to the customer's express specifications, or to sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
5.3 eee-store obligation: eee-store refunds the price of the returned products, including the cost of the initial delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard one), within 14 days of the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw. eee-store may withhold the refund until it has received the products back or until proof of their dispatch has been provided, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the order, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
5.4 If the returned product shows a diminished value resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (for example traces of fitting or use, damage, missing accessories or components), eee-store may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to that diminished value, which it communicates and justifies to the customer. The product remains returned, and the balance is refunded in accordance with 5.3.

6. Product warranty:
6.1 Warranty documents: every delivery is accompanied by the invoice, the warranty certificate and the declaration of conformity issued for that invoice. The warranty certificate states, for each product, the warranty period and, where applicable, the product serial number. The invoice is also transmitted through the national RO e-Factura system. Please keep these documents; in the event of a warranty claim we may ask you for copies of the invoice and the certificate.
6.2 Legal guarantee of conformity (consumers): products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021, for a period of 2 years from delivery. Any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or of the lack of conformity. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled, in this order, to have the product repaired or replaced within a reasonable time and free of charge, and, if this is not possible or is not carried out properly, to a proportionate price reduction or to the termination of the contract with a refund of the price. The claims procedure and the rules on transport costs are set out in point 6.4.
6.3 eee-store commercial warranty: through the warranty certificate, eee-store grants all customers, including professional customers, a commercial warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery, except for products for which a longer period is stated on the product page or in the warranty certificate (for example 5 years for many Victron Energy products); in the event of a discrepancy, the longer period applies. The commercial warranty is granted under the conditions set out in the warranty certificate, does not limit the consumers' legal guarantee of conformity and is automatically extended by the duration of testing and repairs. Products that fail during the warranty period are repaired or replaced at the expense of eee-store.
6.4 The manufacturer's commercial guarantee, usually stated in the product documentation, is separate from the above and does not limit them. Warranty claims are submitted to contact@eee-store.ro or by telephone on 0748-202999, stating the invoice number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs. After registering the claim, eee-store informs the customer of the location to which the product is to be sent and of the packaging instructions. The product is to be dispatched only after these instructions have been received, with transport paid by the customer; parcels sent without prior agreement or with transport payable on delivery are not accepted. If the fault is confirmed as covered by the warranty, eee-store reimburses the consumer the reasonable cost of transport, upon proof of payment, and bears the cost of transporting the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. If the product does not show the reported fault or the fault falls under the exclusions in point 6.5, the transport costs and, where applicable, the diagnostic costs are borne by the customer. Professional customers bear the cost of transport to the repair location in all cases. Any complaints regarding the contents of the parcel (missing products, quantities, wrong products) must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
6.5 The warranty does not cover faults caused by failure to follow the instructions for commissioning, installation, use, maintenance, storage, preservation and transport, by installation, connection or configuration carried out by unauthorised or unqualified persons, by modifications made without the written consent of eee-store, by normal wear and tear, by overvoltage, humidity or other causes external to the product; consumables and parts subject to normal wear are also excluded. For equipment that requires installation by qualified personnel (see 2.3), eee-store may request proof of installation by a competent person when a warranty claim is submitted.
6.6 Professional customers benefit from the commercial warranty in the warranty certificate (6.3) and from the warranty against hidden defects provided for by the Civil Code. The consumer-specific rights described in point 6.2 do not apply to professional customers.

8. Data and account security:
As of May 25th, 2018, the unitary provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation GDPR apply throughout the European Union.
Ensuring the right to the protection of personal data is a fundamental commitment of the eee-store, therefore we will dedicate all necessary resources and efforts to process your data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or “GDPR”), as well as with any other legislation applicable on the Romanian territory. This document informs you how we use, collect, transfer and protect your personal data by accessing our site when visiting, registering and purchasing a product.
eee-store reserves the right to periodically update and modify the Privacy Policy, to reflect the changes in which we process your personal data but also any changes in legal requirements. This information is important, please read it carefully and please check it regularly.

9. Complaints:
9.1 For any complaint, including if you consider that copyright has been infringed, please write to us at contact@eee-store.ro or call us on 0748-202999. We will reply to any complaint within 48 hours.
9.2 If you have any complaint about our site or products, please contact us at contact@eee-store.ro. We will always try to resolve any issue amicably. Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), www.anpc.ro, consumer helpline 021 9551, and may use the alternative dispute resolution procedure of the ANPC Directorate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (anpc.ro/sal). Disputes with consumers that are not resolved amicably fall within the jurisdiction of the courts determined by law, and the consumer may also bring proceedings before the court of their own domicile. Disputes with professional customers fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Timiș County, Romania.
