Withdrawal form

Under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right you may use the form below, sent by e-mail to contact@eee-store.ro, or any other unequivocal statement. The full return conditions are described in the Terms and Conditions, chapter 5.

The products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal, at the consumer's expense, without cash on delivery, to the address communicated by eee-store after the request has been registered.
