Four-channel digital soldering and desoldering station i-CON VARIO 4 MK2, 500 W, ESD-safe, with built-in vacuum pump and silent hot air supply, delivered with hot air tool i-TOOL AIR S, i-TOOL MK2 iron, CHIP TOOL VARIO tweezers and X-TOOL VARIO desoldering iron. Successor of the discontinued i-CON VARIO 4 (0ICV4000AICXV).
This variant: 0ICV4005AICXV = i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 control station + i-TOOL AIR S hot air tool 200 W (0470ERJ) + i-TOOL MK2 soldering iron 150 W (0105CDJ) + CHIP TOOL VARIO desoldering tweezers 2 x 40 W (0460MDJ) + X-TOOL VARIO desoldering iron 150 W (0740EDJ) + holders. Complete configuration of the VARIO 4 MK2 family. Other versions: 0ICV4005AI (AIR S + i-TOOL), 0ICV4005AIC (AIR S + i-TOOL + CHIP TOOL VARIO), 0ICV4035A (control station only).
The i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 is perfectly suited for all SMT and THT soldering applications in electronics production, rework and touch-up as well as in R&D. Especially suited for SMT soldering and desoldering are the hot air tool i-TOOL AIR S and the desoldering tweezers CHIP TOOL VARIO. The range of application includes the smallest SMD chips (0201), all kinds of standard SMD components up to high pin-count components like PLCC 84 and high-mass solder joints in THT technology, including their desoldering with vacuum solder extraction.
